The Academy is available by invitation to personnel of CLA Global member firms. Accounts are personal and tied to your work email; access ends when your firm's participation or your employment does. Sign-in is by magic link or, where enabled, your firm's single sign-on.
Never enter client data, client names, or any client-confidential material into the platform — not in nominations, prompts, coach conversations, clinic requests or anywhere else. Use cases and prompts must describe patterns, with placeholders. This mirrors your firm's AI policy and professional obligations; breach may lead to access removal and referral to your firm.
Academy content (courses, curricula, templates, the prompt library) is provided for use within member firms and may not be resold or republished outside the network. Use cases you nominate as “CLA Shared” are licensed to all member firms; “Firm only” entries stay yours. Badges and certificates evidence Academy activity and may be shared personally (e.g. LinkedIn).
Coach responses are AI-generated, grounded in Academy content, and can be wrong: verify before relying, and never treat them as professional advice to clients. Usage is subject to fair-use limits.
The platform is provided as-is during the pilot and evolves continuously; features may change with notice through the release log. Liability of CLA Global is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data is handled per the Privacy Notice, including your self-serve export and deletion rights.
These terms reflect the pilot service and are subject to review by CLA Global counsel prior to general availability.
